The employee/employer relationship for most people is the second most important relationship in their lives, next to their significant other. This relationship provides their financial lifeblood, as well as professional self actualization. Most people expect their employer to be fair. Most people want to be loyal to their employer. Attorneys can help, but they are not the solution. Life is not about lawsuits.
